Olea is a harmonious blend three different varietals. The most important part of the blend is Carignan from vines grown ‘en gobelet’, then some of our best Grenache and finished of with a touch of Merlot.

Winemaking
The three varietals are vinified separately and then blended together afterwards. The Grenache gives weight, the Merlot structure and the Carignan fruit and spice.

Tasting notes
Garnet in colour this blend offers a rich fruity nose with a warm and spicy red fruit flavours. Serve at 16C.
