Vin du pays du Comte Tolosan

The Gascon vineyards existed already 1600 years ago, as decorative objects relating to the wine were found on a Gallo-Roman site in Montréal-du-Gers. Thus, OLEA is both the fruit of a very old know-how and a high-tech winemaking process.

Winemaking
The grapes are picked during the night, destemed and finally go under a skin-contact maceration. A gentle and meticulous pressing leads to a soft extraction of the most aromatic juices. The must will ferment at cold temperatures around 14° C.

Tasting notes
This Vin de Pays captivate us at once with its pale limpid yellow colour. The blend of the three grape varieties gives us explosive flavours, full off freshness, on tropical fruits. Fruit and harmony are the words to be used to describe this wine.

It will be perfect during an aperitive or may accompany grilled fish or shellfish. Serve it cold at 10 ° C.
