The vineyard at the origin of the cuvee MASAN are located 80 km far away from the historic city of Toulouse, towards the South West, on clayey chalky soils. The parcels have been carefully selected by our winemakers’ team.

Winemaking
The winemaking process is led in order to respect at best the integrity of the berry and to preserve the delicate perfumes of these grape varieties. After a very gentle pressing, the must is meticulously cold settled. The fermentation is then led at cold temperature.

Tasting notes
The colour is a very pale, limpid and bright yellow. The bouquet is pleasant and refreshing. It shows the fruit richness of the Colombard, giving a long aromatic persistence in the mouth.

This easy drinking wine will be the best aperitif or will accompany fish or shellfish. Taste it cold at 10 °C.
