Vin du Pays du Comté Tolosan

This cuvee is from the South West of France, in the Gers region. Cool nights and warm, sunny days are the factors which help to obtain very aromatic, fresh white wines.

Winemaking
De-stemmed, but not crushed, the grapes go under a skin-contact maceration at cold temperature under the action of enzymes. They allow the aromatic components to be gently extracted from the skin. After a meticulous cold settling, the fermentation is made at cold temperature.

Tasting notes
The colour is a glossy pale yellow. The nose is very intense and bright, citrus fruit notes dominating floral undertones. This is a crispy, fresh, light wine with a very good aromatic persistence.

It will be delicious as an aperitif or with shellfish.
Serve it cold at 10 °C.
