Winemaking
The grapes are harvested during the night. They are destemed, and then go under a skin contact cold maceration, lasting roughly 8 hours, in order to express all the aromatic potential of the grapes. The fermentation is made in stainless steel tanks where cold temperatures are under control.
Tasting notes
The colour is a beautiful pale yellow, with green tints.
The nose expresses citrus fruit notes, as well as minerally tones. The mouth is lively, pure, and elegant.
This wine can be drunk on its own as an aperitif or be the partner to grilled fish or shellfish.
Serve it at 10 °C
