Vin de Pays de l’Hérault |
This blend is produced in the South of France, in the Languedoc. The grapes are mostly from the base of the Black Mountains, North of Beziers. The vines are located on clay and limestone soils with high iron content; it is this that gives the soil its characteristic red colour.

Winemaking
The date for harvest is decided after an analysis and tasting the grapes. The goal is to achieve full maturity but retaining freshness, softness and supple tannins.
Tasting notes
The colour of the wine is ruby red. The nose is pleasant with hints of red fruit and spice. The palate is well rounded and balanced.
The wine is a good accompaniment to red and white meat or cheese.
