This Rosé, produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, will astonish you with its freshness and its fruity aromas. The Cinsault, traditional grape variety in Languedoc, gives freshness and fruit to the wine. The Grenache gives body and bouquet.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at night when the temperature is cool, in order to protect them from oxidation. The juice is collected after a gentle pressing, is then cooled down very quickly and finally goes to settling tanks. A fermentation at low temperature follows a meticulous off-settling. A brief ageing in stainless-steel tank finishes the fermentation process.
