Vin du Pays du Comté Tolosan

This cuvee was produced and selected in the South-west of France, in the Gers region. This land is strongly influenced by an oceanic temperate climate and by the abundance of sun.

Winemaking
Our winemakers carefully choose the harvest day according to analysis results and berries’ tasting. The aim is to get an optimal maturity combining freshness and vivacity in the mouth. The grapes are then harvested during the night, at the coolest hours. A traditional fermentation off skins is finally led, respecting at best the aromas.

Tasting notes
The colour is a very pale, bright yellow. The nose is stunning, expressing the delightful notes of Colombard (citrus fruit ). This is a wine with character, offering astonishing perfumes.

It will please every palate. It will not be only a brilliant aperitif but also a mean seafood or summer salads partner. Serve it cold at 10 °C.
