Vin du Pays des Côtes de Gascogne |
The Gascogny, land of tradition and conviviality, nestled
in the Pyrenees and at the door of the Atlantic, produces atypical white wines.
The CHAPELLE DU BOIS cuvee was produced from a selection made by our
winemakers’ team. Only the most qualitative parcels were chosen.

Winemaking
The winemaking process follows a gold rule: to respect at
best the berry and therefore to exalt its best aroma.
The temperature control, as the protection from the air,
is essential. A three months aging on the lees gives more
complexity to the wine.
Tasting notes
This wine has a very pale, bright yellow robe. The nose
develops complex tropical notes, offering a very bright
freshness.
This wine should be drunk very cold while having
an aperitif or may also accompany fish.
Serve it at 10 °C
