100% Syrah

Vallée Blanche is a range of top quality varietal wines selected in the South of France. This Syrah comes from vineyards located near the village of Cruzy, in Languedoc Roussillon, Southern France. The vineyard is on beautiful slopes facing the Mediterranean sea.

Winemaking process
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness. After de-stemming and crushing, the wine begins a 48 hour-long maceration at low temperature which allows fruity aromas to develop. Then we let the temperature rise to 26°C at the end of fermentation. The total maceration will last at least one month.

Tasting notes
Vallée Blanche offers only the best of Syrah. The dark purple colour attests the great extraction of this wine. The nose, complex and intense, shows generous black fruit such as black currant and black berry fruit. The mouth is full bodied, with velvety tannins giving a tremendous length in the palate. Features of a complex and rich wine.
