This Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Gascogny region, in the South of Toulouse. This is a land which is strongly influenced by an oceanic temperate climate and by the abundance of sun.

Winemaking process
The best parcels of Sauvignon are selected by our winemaker’s team, especially by tasting the grapes before harvesting. Two pickings are made. The earliest one gives freshness and grassy aromas to the wine, whereas the second harvest enables the grapes to develop more fruity notes and to gain smoothness. The fermentation is led at low temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes
The colour is bright, yellow colour. The nose is astonishing, showing tropical fruit, followed by notes of peach. Smoothness and intense flavours held together by a zesty refreshing acidity
