Our head winemaker, Xavier Roger, selected the best parcels of Syrah in order to produce an elegant Rosé bursting with flavours. The parcels are located in the small village of Argeliers, in the Languedoc-Roussillon.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the coolest hours of the day. They are pressed immediately in order to improve the settling of the must. Only the clearest juice will ferment at low temperature. A three months ageing on lees is essential to reach such opulence.

Dégustation
The colour is fairly deep, vibrant pink. The nose offers black-currant and raspberry notes. In the mouth, this wine is very harmonious. A soft attack and a great persistence due to a good acidity.

Serve it very cold as a funky aperitif with canapés or to accompany any kind of dishes. This a Rosé easy to match.
