Tortoise Creek Sauvignon comes from a selection of the best parcels of Sauvignon Blanc in Languedoc-Roussillon, on a terroir facing the Mediterranean sea, and under a big influence of the cool air coming from the sea.

Vinification
This high quality Sauvignon is made from two different pickings. The first one is made quite early on in the season in order to obtain grassy aromas and a refreshing acidity. The second one is made later when the grapes are riper and gives smoothness in the palate. The blend between these two harvests produces a beautiful harmonious wine.

Dégustation
The colour is a pale, bright yellow. The nose is very intense and refreshing. It expresses all the broad repertoire of flavours of Sauvignon blanc, melding together citrus fruit and blackcurrant leaf.

Serve it very cold at 10°C. This wine will be the best aperitif or could accompany any seafood.
