Tortoise Creek comes from a selection of the best parcels of Syrah in Languedoc-Roussillon. Our head winemaker, Xavier Roger, has searched the whole of the Languedoc for the parcels which produce this excellent cuvée.

Vinification
The ripeness of the grapes is optimal, and easily reached on these excellent terroirs. The extraction is soft, and lasts at least one month at a 28°C temperature.

Dégustation
The purple colour is profound. The nose is delicate and complex. Spices, black fruit, and violet melt together elegantly. The full-bodied mouth is remarkable, with soft, but expressive tannins.

Serve at 18°C. This wine will perfectly accompany game, meat stew, or cheeses.
