Monastier Cabernet Sauvignon is produced in Languedoc Roussillon, in the South of France, between Narbonne et Béziers. It comes from a selection of the best parcels of Cabernet.

Winemaking process
The grapes are full ripened. They are tasted at every stage of maturation by our winemaker’s team. They will decide of the day of the harvest after these tastings. After de-stemming and crushing, a traditional maceration is made in concrete tanks. Finally, an ageing in tanks is carried out lasting many months.

Tasting notes
Monastier Cabernet Sauvignon greets you with a marvellous inky colour. Ripe black fruit perfume bursts out on the nose. This is a fabulous wine with a massive amount of class and concentration. Servir à 17°C. This wine will be a honour to a confit de canard or any meaty dishes.
