Monastier Cabernet Franc comes from parcels located in the South West of Languedoc Roussillon, close to the Pyrénées Mountains. The Cabernet Franc ripens perfectly here with optimim maturation due to the abundant sunshine during the day and cool air from the Mountains at night. You will be surprised by this refreshing cuvee!

Winemaking process
Monastier Cabernet Franc comes from rigorous selections in the vineyard. This cuvee undergoes a 15 day traditional maceration with de-stemming and crushing.

Tasting notes
The colour is a deep red purple. On the nose, raspberry , violet, liquorice notes bring a great freshness. The mouth is rich and full, with spicy and red cherry-scented nuances.

Serve at 17°C. This wine will be perfect with any kind of meat or cheeses.
