Winemaking process
Produced from a careful selection of grapes, Manoir Grignon Chardonnay shows a rich and elegant wine. The vineyard is harvested during the night to avoid the big heat of the summer day. After a delicate and gentle pressing, the most qualitative juice ferments at low temperature (18°C). A part of the must ferments with French oak staves. The other part is aged in tanks to add more complexity to the blend.

Tasting notes
With a marvellous golden colour, this wine will delight you with an exquisite nose and an amazing exuberance. Litchi, grapefruit aromas harmonize to perfection with sweet notes of honey, nut and butter. The balance is perfect on the palate.
