This Cuvee is born in Languedoc-Roussillon, South of France. Coming from parcels facing the Mediterranean sea, La Croisade Sauvignon Blanc will surprise you by its freshness and its fruity bouquet. The fresh air coming from the sea has indeed a big influence on the maturation process.

Winemaking
De–stemmed, but not crushed, the grapes undergo a skin contact maceration at very low temperature, which allows the varietal aromatic components to be extracted. The must ferments at low temperature, after a soft pressing and a meticulous off-settling

Tasting notes
The colour is a bright pale yellow with green hues.
The nose is very intense and clean. It is dominated by tropical fruit, followed by floral notes. This a refreshing wine with an excellent aromatic persistence. It will be delicious on its own as an aperitif or as a partner to a plateau de fruits de mer. Serve it very cold at 10°C.
