La Croisade Cabernet is produced in Languedoc-Roussillon, between Narbonne and Béziers. This region offers fabulous terroirs for high-quality red wines: great sunshine, South facing slopes, old, natural low yielding vines.

Winemaking
This cuvée is traditionally made. After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes undergo a 15 days to 3 weeks-long maceration at a 26°C temperature.

Tasting notes
With a beautiful bright purple colour, the nose displays wonderful aromas of red fruit and sweet pepper. The mouth has ample weight with silky tannins in the finish.
Serve at 17°C on any meaty dishes or cheeses.
