100% Chardonnay

This Cuvee is born in Languedoc-Roussillon, South of France. The parcels of vines are located around the small village of Argeliers, which offers perfect terroir for the production of Chardonnay.

Winemaking
After a delicate, meticulous pressing, the must settles down and only the clearest juice ferments at low temperature, around 17-18°C.

Tasting notes

La Croisade Chardonnay has a beautiful golden yellow colour. The nose , with citrus fruit aromas,  is very elegant. The palate is round, fruity and fresh.

Serve at 12 C with creamy sauces, fish, chicken and warm salads.
