The parcels, at the origin of La Campagne Sauvignon Blanc, are located in Languedoc-Roussillon. The vineyards are situated very close to the Mediterranean sea and it is the breeze coming off the sea at night that cools the grapes and lets them relax.

Winemaking process
The grapes are harvested during the night at the lowest temperatures. After de-stemming and crushing, the clearest juice ferments at low temperature. The process extracts and keeps the best varietal aromas of Sauvignon Blanc.

Tasting notes
The colour is a pale, bright yellow. La Campagne Sauvignon offers a flamboyant and intense glass of citrus, lime fruit perfumed wine, with a long, charming finish.

Serve it very cold at 10°C This may be drunk on its own as an aperitif or accompany grilled fish.
