La Campagne is a traditional word only used in South of France to designate a big farm. La Campagne Merlot is produced in Languedoc, 30 km far away from Béziers. The vineyard is located on beautiful South-facing slopes.

Winemaking process
This cuvee is traditionally made. After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes go for a 15 days to 3 weeks maceration in concrete tanks. The temperature is controlled at around 26°C.

Tasting notes
Purple red-coloured, this cuvee exhales a beautiful nose of red berries and sweet pepper. The palate is like ripe, velvety smooth blackcurrants infused with sweet spices. It is rich and well balanced.

Serve at 17°C on any meaty dishes or cheeses.
