Wine making process
The pebbled soil, which this Merlot is on, keeps the warmness of the sun during the day and gives it back to the grapes during the night. A low yield and a full-ripened grapes harvest make this Merlot a charming, easy- drinking wine. The winemaking process is traditional.

Tasting notes
The nose expresses typical flavours of a ripe Merlot from Southern France: blackberries, blackcurrant and plum. 
The mouth is soft and smooth.

This cuvee can be served with a large choice of meat dishes.
