LE ROUGE DE L’AZEROLLE
AOC Minervois |
|
Grape Varietal
100% Cinsault
Wine making process
The vineyard, 40 years old, is located on chalky, clay terraces. The grapes are hand harvested and sorted, first in the vineyard, then in the cellar.
The crop arrives in whole clusters in the cellar and goes directly to concrete tanks.
A carbonic maceration follows. This winemaking method keeps the grapes intact and develops very intense, fruity aromas.
A 14 months ageing in tank produces this wonderful wine.

The nose is astonishing, showing fresh red berries fruit, such as strawberry and raspberry.
Mouth: charming, easy drinking wine, perfect for the summer
