LE GRAND PENCHANT
AOC Minervois |
|
Grape Varietal
70 % Grenache
30% Syrah
Wine making process
The Grenache is hand-harvested and undergoes a carbonic maceration. The Syrah is 25 years old, which is exceptional in Languedoc region. The grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness. A traditional three weeks maceration follows in concrete tanks.
