LE GRAND PENCHANT
AOC Minervois

Grape Varietal
70 % Grenache
30% Syrah

Wine making process

The Grenache is hand-harvested and undergoes a carbonic maceration. The Syrah is 25 years old, which is exceptional in Languedoc region. The grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness. A traditional three weeks maceration follows in concrete tanks.

Colour: dark red colour
Nose: the bouquet is intense and complex, with plummy hints, followed by thyme and fig aromas.
Mouth: This wine offers a great concentration, with obvious, but soft, firm tannins.

Le Grand Penchant will perfectly accompany a wide range of meat dishes and cheeses.
